RSCP - Yi gets 99 Woodcutting

On the 19th of October, 2023, YiForLife (the person with the red party hat and rune axe) became the first person to get max Woodcutting on RSCPreservation, after working towards their goal for three months.

There was a party in Seers Village the moment they got it.
